Grant Program: The Commission has temporarily suspended its mini grant program in order to have cash ready to help other programs experiencing financial hardships during the State budget crisis. Assistance is being provided in the area of systems change in an effort to bring together agencies serving children and families to collaborate and find ways to share resources and continue to provide responsive high quality programs and services. The Commission is continuing to fund its other major initiatives which focus in the First 5 priority areas of child development, health, family functioning, and systems change.
