Grant Program:  During the FY 09/10 program year the Commission has temporarily suspended its mini grant program in order to have cash ready to help other programs experiencing financial hardships during the State budget crisis. Currently assistance is being provided to help in the planning and restructuring of the PROMISES program of the Lassen County Alcohol and Drug Department.  The Commission is continuing to fund its other major initiatives which focus in the First 5 priority areas of child development, health, family functioning, and systems change.
